Niro milk drying plant, 1215 kg/ Hr water evaporation (skim milk), 304 SS, spray dryer system, set up for both centrifugal and nozzle atomization
with Vibro Fluidizer type ST-250-G/O. 1155 kg/hr on whole milk. Gas heated.
Available with a Wiegand, 304 SS, 6 effect falling film evaporator. 11850 kg/Hr water evaporation. Steam supply at 1400 KG/Hr @ 3.5 bar.
Cooling water required 37 m3/hr @ 26C.
System includes powder silos 2 x 36 m3 made of 1.4301(304ss), 5 x 55 m3 made of aluminum and pneumatic conveying system from the spray dryer tower to the silos, and for loading.
