Milling System (10 bar pressure)
Alpine 800 UPZ pin disc mill system. Manufactured in 1999, Capacity from 800 to 1500 KG/Hr. Operating pressure of the entire system is 10 bar. The stator and rotor and pin discs made of 1.4301(304ss). 75 kw drive 3/50/380 V motor with enclosure type IP54. System includes metal separator, air connection rated 6 bar, two rotary airlocks type ZS-A300, rated 10 bar, 70 m2 Mikropul cylindrical dust filter type L-TRL rated 10 bar, radial fan rated 6720 m3/hr driven by 22 kW 3/50/380 V motor, (2) ESI valves 400 mm diameter for air inlet into the fan, control panel, interconnecting piping.
Used for 2000 hours.
