4. Double Effect rising film evaporator plant where all wetted parts are constructed from Nickel
5. Process Details:
• Feed rate = 19500kg/hr of 32% NaOH @ 60oC & 2.5barg
• Product rate = 12480 kg/hr of 50% NaOH at 40oC and 2barg
• HP steam @ 26barg and 5500kg/hr
• Cooling Water - 21oC to 28oC @ 3barg and 420 m3/hour ΔP of 1.5barg
• LP steam (for start up) @ 5.5barg approx. 1500kg/hr
• Electricity - 415V, 3 ph - 4 motors installed would require 15KW    normally only 2 motors running = 7.5KW
• Process condensate return @ 3barg and 7000kg/hr and 45oC
• Steam condensate return @ 169oC and 5500kg/hr
