2,000 tpy IBuprofen filtration/drying/ bagging line
One (1) 2,000 ton/yr Ibuprofen bulk finishing line, consisting of Rosenmund filter dryer, Buss vacuum dryer, screening and bagging. Bagging system includes
containment booth. Equipment is primarily 316L and built late 1980’s.
Major Equipment:
- Rosenmund pressure filter, 7m2, 316L construction, 9900 liter capacity, 3.2 bar and FV internal, 6 bar in jacket, Hydraulic lifting shaft, bottom discharge
into Buss rotary vacuum dryer.
- Buss rotary vacuum dryer, 4m3, 316L construction,1.25m x 5m, heated shaft, mechanical seals, half-pipe coil jacket, 22kw drive, direct mounted jacketed
dust collector.
- Screening, bagging, weighting and conveying equipment.
Also available: (2) 5 m2 Rosenmund pressure filters, (1) 5m2 Vestec-Moritz pressure filter.
