Complete 32,000 ton/yr Sodium Cyanide (NaCN) Plant with Super High Quality Liquor production.
The Sodium Cyanide (NaCN) plant produces HCN from methane, ammonia and air. The HCN is then reacted with caustic soda (50% NaOH) to produce a
sodium cyanide liquor of approximately 30 - 32% NaCN. The liquor is purified and diluted to 30% for sale.
The plant is capable of producing approximately 18,000 tonnes per annum of HCN which is converted directly to 32,600 tonnes per annum of NaCN.
