Sodium Sulfate Plants

Immediately available, as complete processes or individual equipment, from two decommissioned SODIUM SULFATE PLANTS

AVAILABLE AT A FRACTION OF NEW COST:

• 40,000 ton/yr plant consisting of a 320 m2 Incalloy evaporator, Bird 40 x 60 316ss decanter centrifuge and 1.5m x 8m 316ss rotary dryer.
• 100,000 ton/yr plant consisting of a triple effect evaporator, 1.5m x 12m stainless steel rotary dryer, and steam boilers.
• Ellicott Model 600 pontoon mounted dredge, with varispeed bucketwheel cutterhead, depth to 25’ (7.5m), 480hp pump, 12” (300mm) ID discharge, 5000gpm (1200m3/hr), diesel powered, used for recovery of recrystallized Glauber’s salt.

(2) Sodium Sulfate plants, 25 and 40 kt capacity and Glaubers salt dredging equipment.

25,000 ton/yr plant consisting of a 230m2 316 stainless steel evaporation system, Seibtechnik multistage pusher centrifuge, model SHS/510ZK, 510mm, and 1.5m x 8m Rosin rotary dryer, stainless steel, gas fired. 

40,000 ton/yr plant consisting of a 320 m2, double effect Incolloy evaporation system, Bird 40” x 60”, 316ss decanter centrifuge and 1.5m x 8m 316ss rotary dryer, gas fired.
