The complex has two production schemes dedicated to industrial products:
Nitric acid / concentrated nitric acid plants
Ammonium nitrate solution / technical ammonium nitrate plants.


Nitric acid plant:

Capacity production:  460 t/day @ 100% Concentration

    -The process is UHDE. The plant is composed of 2 line production lines, each line consisting of:
        1 centrifuge compressor(GHH)
        1 burner for catalyst.
        1 boilers for production of steam (15t/h/burner)
        1 exchanger gas/gas
        1 exchanger (condenser)
        1 tower for oxidation
        2 tower for absorption
        1 equipment for denox

    

Concentred Nitric acid plant:

Capacity production:  120 t/day of CNA and 10 t/day of N2O4    
    
    -This plant can produce 2 products:
        -Concentred Nitric acid up to 98.5% (HNO3)
        -Nitrogen tetroxide up to 99.5% (N2O4)
    


Nitrate plant:

-The process is UHDE

    2 Neutralizers are installed
    Each neutralizer can produce 10 t/h of nitrate (total 480 t/d).
    After the Neutralizer the nitrate concentration is around 80%
    First concentration:  Exchanger feed by steam increase the concentration up to 91%.
    Second concentration:      Exchanger feed also by steam increase the concentration up to 97.5 %, this product is used only for prilling.
